Healing is a field where you need keep complete faith and then it start working on you or rather working for you. Reiki  Pranic is all that we are listening past decades but nowadays the most trending is crystal healing ; angel healing ; access bar etc

So before touch healing was most preferred but now you can give distance healing which works very well. So to be out of everything we need to meditate stay calm . As it’s life ups and downs are mandatory but the one who stays positive in a negative situation always wins !
